Nordic walking

Nordic WalkingNordic walking is a training method for anyone which can be practised throughout the year and which can be learned quickly and easily. Nordic walking is an ordinary walking with the use of special sticks, being 40 to 50 % more effective than walking without sticks.

The healthy climate of Höchenschwand sustains the beneficial effects of this trendy sport. Numerous trails of varied difficulty levels run through the countryside of the Black Forest. There is a suitable trail for anyone, from the beginner to the advanced walker.

    Group A: about 2.5 hours, 6 to 7 kilometres
Group
    B: about 1.5 hours, about 5 kilometres

    Group C: about 1.0 hour, 3 to 4 kilometres
  • Morning exercise group
    jogging with stretching exercises; about 20 minutes
